ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
By agreement of the Board of Directors of CFC Capital S.A., dated March 30, 2023,
summon to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company to be held on 25
April 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Company’s offices, located
in Avenida El Bosque Central 92, 11th floor, commune of Las Condes, city of
Santiago in order to deal with and pronounce on: Report and General Balance as of 31
December 2022; Company’s Financial Statements and Report of the
External Auditors; Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends charged to the
financial year 2022, and its method of payment; Deliver to the Board of Directors the attribution for the
appointment of external auditors 2023; Report of activities carried out with
companies and related persons; Renewal of the entire Board of Directors, and in
General to deal with all matters that are within its competence.
Holders of shares who are entitled to participate in the Meeting shall be entitled to participate in the Meeting.
are registered in the Register of Shareholders on the fifth day prior to the date
of celebration of the Meeting.
The qualification of the powers that shareholders grant to be represented
at the Meeting it will be held on the same day and place in which it will be held,
immediately before its initiation.
