That as of June 1, 2022, Mrs. Nataly Muñoz Morán, who
served as Head of Permanent Control and Risk, will assume the position of Assistant Manager
of Permanent Control and Risks of the Company. Likewise, Mr. Felipe Soto Oyarzún,
on the same date, who served as Deputy Technical and Investment Manager,
will assume the position of Technical and Investment Manager of CF Seguros. We wish you all the best
