In compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Market

following as an Essential Fact relating to CF Seguros de Vida S.A. (hereinafter, the

At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, the following were adopted:

7. Remarks
+ CF Seguros de Vida S.A. informs that according to current tax regulations, this dividend constitutes
income affects the Complementary or Additional Global Tax, with a provisional tax qualification
corresponding to profits with credit with a rate of 27%.
+ This dividend corresponds to a definitive dividend of a temporary nature, charged to profits
accumulated from years prior to 2021.
