From our consideration:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10″ of Law 18.045 and in
Circular N* 662 and Circular N* 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, as well as in the others
pertinent regulations, we inform you of the following Essential Fact regarding Cesce Chile Aseguradora
S.A.:
That, at the end of March of this year, a deficit of net worth has been detected on
risk equity, registering a value of 0.45 and consequently a deficit of equity of MM
CLP 2.133, the above recorded as of February 28, 2023.
In turn, the financial debt ratio has a value of 2.23, due to the recording of the amount
corresponding to the capital increase. It is noted that, on 16.02.2023 the
exempt resolution N*1378, which approves the capital increase in the company for an amount of MM CLP
2.632, whose process is finalized.

the deficit of investments representing technical reserves and risk equity is MM CLP 70, the
Total indebtedness is 7.12, financial indebtedness is 2.56 and equity deficit of MM CLP
2,562, the above registered as of December 31, 2022.
