By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10” of Law 18.045 and in
Circular N* 662 and Circular N* 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, as well as in the others
pertinent regulations, we inform you of the following as a Relevant Fact:
That, on December 27, 2022, the employment relationship with the Commercial Manager was terminated,
Mr. David Ortiz Alvear. Mrs. María Francisca remains as Deputy Commercial Manager
Venegas, who currently serves as Commercial Director.
Likewise, it is reported that the appointment of the new Commercial Manager will be informed in a timely manner to
this Commission and the Market
