pertinent regulations, we inform you of the following Relevant Fact regarding Cesce Chile Aseguradora
S.A.:
That, in accordance with Article 7 of DFL 251, on October 30, 2022, the
Commission for the Financial Market, the minor deficiency of technical reserve and risk equity.
Complementing the above, the Company presented a equity deficit as of September 30, 2022.
