From our consideration:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10* of Law 18,045, and
in Circular N* 662 and Circular N* 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, as well as in the other
pertinent regulations, we inform you of the following Relevant Fact regarding Cesce Chile Aseguradora
S.A.:
That, at the end of July 2022, a deficit of investments representing
technical reserves and risk equity in the amount of MM CLP $268, and equity deficit over
risk equity, registering a value of 0.97. All of the above, as of June 30, 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Decree with Force of Law No. 251 of 1931, we can
Inform that, at the end of July, this situation would already be remedied, by increasing
capital approved by this Commission through Exempt Resolution N* 4388, issued on July 13,
2022.
