From our consideration:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10* of Law 18,045, and
in Circular N* 662 and Circular N* 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, as well as in the other
pertinent regulations, we inform you of the following Relevant Fact regarding Cesce Chile Aseguradora
S.A.:
That, at the end of April 2022, a deficit of investments representing
technical reserves and risk equity in the amount of MM CLP $249, prior to March 31,
2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Decree with Force of Law No. 251 of 1931, we can
Report that the reasons that generated the deficit correspond mainly to the fact that the limit was exceeded
of undue receivables resulting from assignments to reinsurers, situation
which is expected to be resolved with the balance of quarterly accounts.
