From our consideration:
By means of this and in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law No. 18,046, of
Corporations, and in Circulars N*662 and N*991, we inform you of the following Relevant Fact
regarding Cesce Chile Aseguradora S.A.
That, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, dated March 21, 2022, it was agreed to summon
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 29, 2022, at 09:00 a.m., at the offices
of the Society, located at Avenida Apoquindo 4001, office 201, Las Condes, Santiago, which will have
in order to know and pronounce on the following matters:
1. Submit to the consideration of the Board the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements
for the business year ended December 31, 2021.
Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year ending December 31, 2022.
Appointment of External Auditors.
Designation of Risk Classifiers.
To account for the Operations mentioned in Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
To Give Account and Approve the Operations between Related Parties of the Exercise.
Renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company.

It should be noted that, due to advance confirmation of attendance
to the Meeting of 100% of the issued shares with voting rights, no notices were issued for its
convocation, omitting the formalities for its summons, in accordance with the provisions of Article 60
of Law No. 18,046, on Corporations.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of Law 18,046, in the Character Norm
General 435 and in Circular Letter 1141, of the Commission for the Financial Market, for the development of
