Financiero I would like to inform you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Central Hipotecaria S.A.
held on January 12, 2023, Mr. Pablo Eguiguren Bravo presented his resignation to his
position of General Manager of the company, The Board of Directors accepted his resignation and thanked his management in
Central Mortgage.
The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Felipe Ovalle Valdés to replace Mr. Pablo Eguiguren Bravo, who
