From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard N? 136 of the Commission for the
Financial Market as well as the other applicable rules and duly authorized for this purpose,
we communicate as a relevant fact of Central Hipotecaria S.A. that, in a Board meeting
held on June 14 of this year, the resignations were learned and accepted
to the position of Director presented by Messrs. Patricio Marquez Rivero and Rodrigo Ibáñez Camus,
agreeing not to appoint, for now, their replacements, without prejudice to the next Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders, will proceed to the total renewal of the board.
