In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9, 10 and 68 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and
General Standard N*30 and Circular N*660, both of the Commission “for the Market”

S.A., that the Clinker download services, subscribed and in force with the Company, will be maintained
suspended at least until August 1 of the current year, as a result of the repairs that
carries out that company of the fire that affected the Mejillones Terminal of the Region of Antofagasta
on October 01, 2022.
Polpaico is adopting a series of measures aimed at minimizing the impact of this suspension.
