30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Celeo Redes Operación Chile S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2023, at the Company’s offices located at Avda.
Apoquindo 4501, 15th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
1. The Company’s Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Consolidated Income Statement for the year were approved
ended on December 31, 2022;
The Report of the External Auditors was approved;
The external audit firm KPMG Consultores y Auditores Limitada was appointed for the financial year 2023;
It was unanimously approved not to distribute dividends for the year 2022;

The Board of Directors of the Society was elected; conformed by Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil, Jaime Luis Sáenz Denis, Rodrigo Fernando
Gúell Saavedra, Eduardo Eugenio Jofré Pérez and David Germán Zamora Mesías;
6. Transactions with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Corporate Law were reported.
Anonymous; and
7. The newspaper El Mostrador was designated to carry out the publications required by the Corporations Law.
