Chile S.A. and subsidiaries (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2022, at the Company’s offices located at
Avda. Apoquindo 4501, 19th Floor, Office 1902, Las Condes commune, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement ended on December 31, 2021 were approved.
The Report of the External Auditors was approved.
The external audit firm KPMG Consultores y Auditores Limitada was appointed for the financial year 2022.
It was unanimously approved to distribute dividends of MU$6,500 charged to the 2021 financial year.
