By virtue of the provisions of articles 90 and 100 of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market, in accordance with the
provided in Article 63% of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and General Rule N030 of the Commission
at their expense, the undersigned, duly authorized for this purpose, report as an Essential Fact of Celeo Redes
Operación Chile S.A. and subsidiaries (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Board meeting held on April 27 of this year, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to summon the Board of Directors.
Ordinary Shareholders to be held on April 29, 2022, at 11:30 a.m., in order to submit for consideration
of the shareholders the following matters:
Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement ended December 31, 2021;
Approval of the Report of the External Auditors;
Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2022;
Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends for the year 2021;

Transactions with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Companies Law
Anonymous; and
6. Designation of the newspaper in which the publications ordered by the Law on Corporations must be made.
Finally, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and according to Norma
of General Character N*332 of March 21, 2012, issued by the then Superintendency of Securities and Insurance
(now CMF), the Company’s Financial Statements as of December 31, 2021, with their Explanatory Notes and Report of the
External Auditors are published on the Company’s website www.celeogroup.com.
