Banco de Chile informs the CMF of the sale of 100% of the shares of the bank transfer support company "Operadora de Tarjetas de Crédito Nexus S.A." to Minsait Payments Systems Chile S.A. for $8,900,682,219. The transaction has been approved by the National Economic Prosecutor's Office and the CMF.
Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI) and other banks sold 100% of the shares of the bank transfer support company "Operadora de Tarjetas de Crédito Nexus S.A." to Minsait Payments Systems Chile S.A. for $8.9 billion, subject to price adjustments and additional payments. The transaction was approved by the CMF and the National Economic Prosecutor's Office. BCI and other banks ceased to be shareholders of Nexus.
ENGIE Energía Chile S.A. will acquire 100% of the shares of Alba S.A., Alba Andes S.A., Alba Pacífico S.A., Energías de Abtao S.A. and Río Alto S.A. for USD 77 million. The companies own the San Pedro I and II wind farm, and a wind power generation project under development with a capacity of 151 MW. The operation is subject to approval by the National Economic Prosecutor's Office.
Plaza S.A. informs that it will distribute a provisional dividend of Ch$27,440,000,000, equivalent to Ch$14.00 per share, charged to 2022 earnings. The payment will be made as of October 19, 2022 and will be entitled to it the holders of shares registered in the Shareholders' Registry at the close of October 13, 2022. Aguas Andinas renewed its Board of Directors at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, electing Felipe Larraín Aspillaga as Chairman. Rodrigo Manubens Moltedo and Bernardo Simián Soza were elected as independent directors. The Directors' Committee was also appointed.
