From our consideration:
In accordance with Article 9? and 10? of Law No. 18.045 of
Securities Market and the provisions of Chapter 18-10 of the Updated Collection of
Rules (“RAN”) of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), I communicate to you,
as essential information, the following:
CAT Corredores de Seguros y Servicios S.A. has taken cognizance of the
Exempt Resolution N* 6053, which will not be appealed before the Court of Appeals, by the
which the CMF has rejected the appeal filed against the Exempt Resolution
N? 5098, which had decided to apply a fine amounting to UF 3,000.
I note that I subscribe to this letter in my capacity as Interim General Manager,
as agreed at Board Session N? 90, held on 20 June
2022.
