(the “Company”), I hereby inform you, as an Essential Fact, of the following:
That as of today, May 18, Mr. Carlos Tolosa Bustamante assumed the position of General Manager of Casa de Moneda de Chile S.A., as agreed in the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors No. 100, dated May 5, 2023.
