Ref.: Announces the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Casa de
Moneda de Chile S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I hereby inform you that the Directory of the Chilean Mint
S.A. (hereinafter also the “Company”), at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on 30
of March 2023, agreed to convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on March 25, 2023.
April 2023, at 12:00 pm, at Avenida Portales 3586, commune of Estación Central, Santiago,
without prejudice to the fact that shareholders will be allowed to participate and vote remotely, remotely,
by means of systems guaranteeing the requirements laid down for this purpose by the Commission for the
Financial Market (the “Board”).
The purpose of the Board shall be to rule on the following matters:
l The examination of the situation of the Company and the report of the External Audit Firm
and the approval or rejection of the report, balance sheet and financial statements of the
Company for the year ended December 31, 2022;
il Renewal of the members of the Board of Directors;
iii. Remuneration of Directors;
iv. Report the expenses of the Board of Directors;
v. Annual designation of an External Audit Company governed by Title XXVII! of the Law
N* 18.045 on Securities Market for the year 2023;
v. The distribution of profits for the year and distribution of dividends;
vi. Information on transactions with related parties,
vii Designation of the journal in which social publications are to be made; and
viii. In general, any matter of social interest that is not specific to a Board
Extraordinary Shareholders.
To date, the sole shareholders of the Company are the Corporación de Fomento de la
Production and the Treasury of Chile. As there is an assurance that all the
shares issued with voting rights, who have pledged their attendance, it was agreed to dispense with
of the corresponding publications and citations ordered by the Law on Corporations.
