of Essential Fact, the following:
That on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Mr. Mauricio Roco Zamorano, national identity card
of identity N” 9.405.167-3, has left his position as General Manager of Casa de Moneda
de Chile S.A.
By decision of the Board of Directors of Casa de Moneda de Chile S.A., Mr. Carlos Tolosa
Bustamante, Administration and Finance Manager, will serve as General Manager
on an interim basis.
