From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 “and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market
and to what is stated in the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
duly authorized to do so by the Board of Directors of Casa de Moneda de Chile S.A. (the “Company”),
we come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, that in Board Session
Extraordinary of the Company held today, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed by
absolute majority of the directors attending the session, appoint Mr. William Harold García
Machmar, identity card N* 14.144.060-8, as substitute director of Mr. Enrique Hernán
Román González, whose resignation was informed by an essential fact dated May 20,
2022.
That designation was made pursuant to Article 32 of the Companies Act.
Anonymous N* 18.046, that is, a replacement director is appointed until the next Board
Ordinary Shareholders fully renew the Board of Directors of the Company.
