In a Board meeting held today, Mr. Pablo Solari González presented his resignation
to the position of Director of the Company, which became effective as of this same date. The
Board of Directors at the same meeting, appointed Mrs. Ximena Hernández Garrido to replace Mr.
Pablo Solari Gonzalez.
