Madam President:
Duly empowered and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10* of the
Law of 18.045 of Securities Market, is communicated with character of essential fact of
Capital Advisors Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”) that the
Board of Directors of the Company in a meeting held today, July 13, 2022 agreed
distribute to the shareholders of the Company a provisional dividend of $7,150.- per share,
charged to earnings for the year ending December 31, 2022. Saying
Dividend will be paid as of August 2, 2022, to shareholders who are
are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company, at midnight on
fifth business day prior to the date of payment, that is, July 26, 2022.
This dividend will be paid in cash, by electronic transfer made to the
current account registered by each shareholder in the Company, or if required
by a shareholder, at the offices of the Company, located at Apoquindo 2929, office
1400-A, Las Condes, Santiago, upon request for an appointment at the following times: Monday to
Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
