Duly empowered and in accordance with Articles 9 and 10? of the Law of
18.045 of Mercado de Valores, is communicated with essential fact character of Capital Advisors
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”) that the Board of Directors of the Company in session
held today, June 9, 2022, agreed to distribute to the Company’s shareholders a
Interim dividend of $18,000.- per share, charged to earnings for the year ending
on December 31, 2022. This dividend will be paid as of June 29, 2022, at
shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company, at the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, that is, June 22, 2022.
This dividend will be paid in cash, by electronic transfer made to the account
current registered by each shareholder in the Company, or if required by any
shareholder, at the offices of the Company, located at Apoquindo 2929, office 1400-A, Las
Condes, Santiago, upon request for an appointment at the following times: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to
17: 30 hours.
