In accordance with the information on the payment of provisional dividend No. 138 communicated to that Committee on August 5, 2022, I inform you that, according to the value of the dollar observed today, August 23, 2022, the amount in pesos of provisional dividend No. 138 will be $276.30794 per share.
As agreed by the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on August 4, 2022, provisional dividend No. 138 will be paid in dollars or pesos, at the election of the shareholders, according to the procedure reported in the essential event dated August 5, 2022, in the respective press notice and on the websites of CAP (www.cap.cl) and DCV (www.dcv.cl).
