From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article N* 63 of Law N* 18.046 and Circulars N* 662 and N* 991
of your Agency and other legal provisions in force, I comply in informing you that in
Board Session N* 2509, held today, March 30, 2023, it was agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders to be held on April 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Company’s offices
located in Avda. Apoquindo N? 4499, commune of Las Condes, city of Santiago.
The purpose of the Board shall be to hear and rule on the following matters:
e Report, Balance Sheet and other duly audited Financial Statements of the
Years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021
Election of the Board of Directors;
Fixing of Board of Directors’ Remuneration;
Setting of Dividend Policy.
Appointment of External Auditors and Risk Classifiers of the Company.
Related party transactions; and
Other matters that according to the law and the statutes are specific to the Ordinary Meeting.
The Board of Directors felt that it was not necessary to summon this meeting by newspaper notices or by
Letter to the shareholders, provided that it is certain that they will find
duly represented at the meeting all the issued shares with voting rights.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of Law 18,046, the Financial Statements of the
Company and the corresponding report of the external auditors as of December 31, 2022,
is published on the website of the http://www Society. cajareaseguradoradechile.cl.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of the same Law 18,046, the Company has put
disposition of the shareholders the Report corresponding to the year ended 31 of
December 2022, in digital format on the same website.
