From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Circular N* 991 of that Commission and other regulations
applicable, we comply in informing you that, at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund.
Reaseguradora de Chile S.A., carried out today, April 25, 2022, the following were adopted:
Resolutions by unanimity of the shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting:
1.- Approve the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company
as of December 31, 2021.
2.- To authorize the Board of Directors, with permanent effect, to agree and resolve at any time
the distribution and payment of final dividends against retained earnings from financial years
above, and in each case the Board of Directors may set the amount and date of payment of the respective
dividend.
3.- Set the Remuneration of the Board of Directors of the Company for the year 2022.
4.- Maintain the current dividend policy consisting of withholding in the social equity,
As retained earnings, the total profits for each financial year, unless otherwise agreed.

5.- Appoint KPMG Auditores Consultores as external auditors of the Company
