Dear Sir or Madam:
Under the provisions of Articles 92 and 102 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market; the
General Standard N? 284 of the former Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today the Market Commission
Financial, I proceed to report, as an Essential Fact, the following:
That we hereby inform you that, on April 30, in the offices
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Buses Vule S.A. was held, in which the
It agreed, inter alia, as follows:
1) The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 were approved;
2) The distribution was approved as a final dividend of 1,500 million pesos charged to the result
accumulated positive of the company.
3) The following persons were appointed as Directors of the company for the next two years: a) Don José
Agustín Moreno Parra; (b) Oscar Manuel Dosque San Martín; (c) Mr. Rubén Fonseca Valenzuela; d) Don José
Alberto Meza Oviedo; and (e) Mr. José Manuel Pinto Zamorano.
4) The remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for the year 2022 was agreed.
5) The company SurLatina Auditores Ltda. was ratified as the External Auditors of the company for the year
2022;
6) It was determined that the company’s publications would be made in the electronic newspaper El Mostrador.
(7) Transactions with related companies or persons were reported as provided for in Article 44
the Law on Corporations;
A complete development of each of the matters discussed at that General Meeting is
in the respective Act, of which we will send you in due course, a copy.
