From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Articles 9 “and 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Market of
Securities, the General Rule N * 30 and N * 284 of this Superintendence, I proceed to
to report, as an Essential Fact, that on April 26, 2023, in Extraordinary Session,
the Board of Directors of Sociedad Buses Metropolitana S.A. agreed to appoint as President of the
Board of Directors to Mrs. María Fortunata González Cáceres, as Vice President of the Board of Directors to Mrs.
María Gabriela Pinto González, Mr. Juan Claudio Pinto González as Secretary of the Board of Directors and
Gabriel Fernando Mallia Valdebenito and Mr. Héctor Moya Martin, as directors.
