Dear Sir or Madam:
I hereby inform you, and duly authorized,
as essential facts the appointment of a new General Manager and the modification of the
legal representative that was provided in the application for registration, according to what was
describes below:
On April 27, 2022, Mauricio Eugenio Apud Orellana, as General Manager and
legal representative of Buses Alfa S.A. (“Company”), requested the Commission for the Market
Financial registration of the Company in the Special Register of Reporting Entities.
At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 20, 2022, Mr. Mauricio
Eugenio Apud Orellana has submitted his voluntary resignation, as General Manager of the
Society, which was accepted by the Board of Directors. Thus, with that date, Mr. Mauricio
Eugenio Apud Orellana is no longer the legal representative of the Company.
Likewise, the Board of Directors has appointed as General Manager the undersigned, Mr. Vladimiro Nicolás
Rodríguez del Solar, assuming this position as of October 20, 2022, and assuming,
in short, the legal representation of the Company.
