Ref.: Communicates Essential Fact payment of part of the capital increase of Bupa Company of
Seguros de Vida S.A. by its shareholders.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of Circular N*991 and by virtue of the
Exempt Resolution No. 1,920 dated February 28, 2020, both of the Commission that presides, I come to
communicate, as an Essential Fact, that as of today, June 30, 2022, by instrument
Private shareholders, the shareholders Bupa Chile S.A. and Grupo Bupa Sanitas Chile Uno SpA have paid, on a pro rata basis of
its contributions, 550,000.- shares in the amount of $ 509,073,365.- duly adjusted to the date of
subscription of the same.
In turn, we inform that to date 4,420,000 shares have been subscribed and paid for a
Total of $3,748,733,328.- of pesos, still remaining 580,000.- shares to be paid.
