Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N*
18.045, and to the instructions given in Circular Nos. 662 and 991 of that Commission,
being duly empowered to do so, I hereby put in its
knowledge of the following information as an essential fact:
On April 27, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of
BUPA COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS DE VIDA S.A. which was incorporated with a
quorum of 100% of the issued voting and paid shares of the company
and in which the following agreements were adopted:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Audited Financial Statements of the
Company corresponding to the year 2021.
2. A new board of directors of the company was elected, being formed from the following
way:
– Isabel Romero Muñoz, President
– Antonio Cantó Pastor
– Diego Peró Ovalle
– Miguel Kutz Fernandez
– Carolina Montero Didyk
3. The Report of the External Audit Company was approved.
4. The remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for the year was approved
2022 and reported the expenses of the Board of Directors for the year 2021.
5. The report of the information provided for in Title XVI of the Law was approved.
N*18.046.
6. The External Audit Firm Price Waterhousecoopers was appointed
Consultores Auditores SpA for the financial year 2022.

7. The Fitch Chile Risk Classifiers were designated as a Risk Classifier
Limited and Limited Risk Classifier Humpreys Limited for the exercise
2022.
8. The newspaper La Nación Online was designated as the newspaper in which they must
Make social publications.
9. It was agreed not to distribute profits.
