Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18,045 on
Securities Market, and with the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of the Commission
for the Financial Market and its respective modifications, in my capacity as General Manager
and duly empowered to do so, I come to communicate to you as an Essential Fact,
The following:
In accordance with the provisions of the early redemption notice published on the 11th
March 2022 in Diario Financiero, dated today, Bupa Chile S.A. (formerly Cruz Blanca
Salud S.A.) has materialized the early redemption of all the bonds readjustable to the
dematerialised Series A carriers currently in circulation, charged to the
Bonds registered in the Securities Registry of this Commission under number 723.
The early redemption was carried out by Banco BICE, by order and account of Bupa Chile
S.A., by electronic transfer of funds, to the current accounts informed by the
holders of the aforementioned Series A bonds, to the Depósito Central de Valores S.A.
