From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as General Manager of BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General Fondos (the “Company”), administrator of BTG PACTUAL RENTA RESIDENCIAL FONDO DE INVERSIÓN (the “Fund”). Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), administrator of BTG PACTUAL RENTA RESIDENCIAL FONDO DE INVERSIÓN (the “Fund”), being duly authorized, I hereby inform you, as a Material Fact, that on today’s date the Board of Directors of the Company held an ordinary meeting and agreed, among other matters, on the following:
To distribute an interim dividend to the Fund’s contributors, taking into consideration the projections of Net Profits Perceived and profits accrued for said Fund during fiscal year 2023, in the total amount of $2,695,318,250 (two thousand six hundred ninety five million three hundred eighteen thousand two hundred fifty pesos), equivalent to $310 (three hundred ten pesos) per installment.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of May 24, 2023, and all contributors registered in the respective Register on the fifth business day prior to the payment date, i.e. May 17, 2023, will be entitled to it pro rata to the number of shares they hold on that date, by means of a deposit in the bank account indicated by the Contributor to the Company.
The amount of this dividend comes from the profit obtained by the Fund as a result of the execution of an assignment of promise of sale agreement signed on March 20, 2018, between the Fund and Arauco Malls Chile S.A., whereby, the Fund assigned and transferred to Arauco Malls Chile S.A. its contractual position as promisee purchaser of the promise of sale signed by private instrument dated November 22, 2018 between the Fund and Inversiones Conquista SpA, which was duly communicated to this Commission through Essential Fact dated March 22 of the present.
