From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in conjunction with
the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as General Manager of BTG Pactual Chile
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), administrator of BIG PACTUAL RENTA
RESIDENCIAL FONDO DE INVERSIÓN (the “Fund”), being duly authorized, by the
I hereby communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, the following information about the Fund:
The board of directors of its management company – BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”) – in extraordinary session, agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the
contributors to the Fund, taking into account the projections of Net Profits Received and profits
accrued for said Fund during the year 2022, for the total amount of $ 1,417,215,725.- (one thousand
Four hundred and seventeen million two hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred twenty-five pesos) equivalent to $163.-
(one hundred and sixty-three pesos) per quota.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of July 28, 2022, and they will be entitled to it
all contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment,
that is, as of July 22, 2022, in proportion to the number of quotas held at that date, by means of
of deposit in the bank account that the Contributor has indicated to the Administrator.
