From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in conjunction with
the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as General Manager of BTG Pactual Chile
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), administrator of BTG PACTUAL
PREFERRED REAL ESTATE FINANCING INVESTMENT FUND (the “Fund”),
being duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, the
following information from the Fund:
The board of directors of its management company – BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”) – at an ordinary meeting held on April 18, 2022, agreed
distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, taking into account the projections of
Net Profits Received and Profits Accrued for said Fund during the year 2022, for the
Total amount of $53,739,882.- (FIFTY-THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
eighty-two pesos) equivalent to $54.- (fifty-four pesos) per Series A fee, for the amount
Total of $29,448,954 (twenty-nine million four hundred forty-eight thousand nine hundred and fifty and
four pesos) equivalent to $54.- (fifty-four pesos) per Series B fee, for the total amount
of $34,762,068 (thirty-four million seven hundred and sixty-two thousand sixty-eight pesos) equivalent to
$54.- (fifty-four pesos) for Series I quota, for the total amount of $13,825,944 (thirteen million)
eight hundred twenty-five thousand nine hundred and forty-four pesos) equivalent to $54.- (fifty-four
weights) per BTGP Series quota.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of April 26, 2022, and all will be entitled to it
those contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, to
Pro-rata of the number of installments held at that date, by bank transfer, money
Cash, voucher or check.
