From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in conjunction with
the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as General Manager of BTG Pactual Chile
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), administrator of BTG PACTUAL
FINANCING WITH REAL ESTATE GUARANTEES INVESTMENT FUND (the
“Merit”), being duly empowered, I hereby inform you, as Fact
Essential, the following information from the Fund:
The board of directors of its management company – BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”) – at an ordinary meeting held on April 18, 2022, agreed
distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, taking into account the projections of
Net Profits Received and Profits Accrued for said Fund during the year 2022, for the
Total amount of $1,306,468,680.- (one thousand three hundred and six million four hundred and sixty-eight thousand
six hundred and eighty pesos) equivalent to $165.- (one hundred and sixty-five pesos) per Series A quota, and
for the total amount of $352,822,305 (three hundred and fifty-two million eight hundred and twenty-two thousand).

The payment of this dividend will be made as of April 26, 2022, and all will be entitled to it
those contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, to
