From our consideration:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10? Second paragraph
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 18 of the
Law N*20,712, we communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, the result of the option of
voluntary early redemption offered to all holders of Series A Bonds issued under the
line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 902.
This option was made in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045 and in the form,
dates and conditions detailed in the notice published on December 9, 2022 in the newspaper El
Mercury and that was additionally informed by Essential Fact of December 6,
2022.
In this regard, we inform that the voluntary early rescue option referred to was accepted by
holders of Series A bonds for an amount of 1,897,000 Development Units for value
nominal, equivalent to 3,794 Series A bonds, materializing the redemption and payment corresponding to
this same date.
