From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2? of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in
in conjunction with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in my capacity as Manager
General of BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”),
BTG ADMINISTRATOR PACTUAL RENTA COMERCIAL INVESTMENT FUND
(the “Fund”), being duly empowered, I hereby communicate to you, in
quality of Essential Fact, which yesterday met extraordinarily the board of directors
of the Society and agreed as follows:
Distribute a provisional dividend to the contributors of the Fund, taking into consideration
of the projections of Net Profits Received and Accrued Profits for said
Fund during the year 2022, for the total amount of $ 4,267,882,500.- (four thousand
two hundred sixty-seven million eight hundred eighty-two thousand five hundred pesos)
equivalent to $500.- (five hundred pesos) per fee.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of November 4, 2022, and
all those contributors registered in the Registry corresponding to the fifth will be entitled to it.
business day prior to the date of payment, i.e. 27 October 2022 in proportion to the number
of quotas held at that date, by means of a deposit in the bank account that
has indicated the Contributor to the Company.
