REF.: Communicates resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law No.
18.045 on the Stock Market, through the present, I come to report as fact
essential the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BTG Pactual Chile S.A.
Stockbrokers, held on April 27, 2022, hereinafter the “Company” or the
“Corredora” and the “Junta”, respectively. In this regard, it should be noted that at the Board
Agreed as follows:
1. The balance sheet, financial statements and report of the external auditors were approved, all
for the year ended 31 December 2021;
2. It was agreed not to distribute dividends charged to the year ended December 31
of 2021;
3. The auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores was appointed
SpA for the review of the financial year ending 31 December 2022;
4. The entire Board of Directors of the Company was renewed, designating, as of the date of
the Board, as directors of the Corredora to Mr. José Ignacio Zamorano Meyer, David
Alejandro Peñaloza Catalán and Matías Jorge Repetto Vergara.
5. The Board also agreed that directors shall not receive any remuneration or subsistence allowance for
the performance of their duties during the year 2022.

6. It was agreed that the legal publications be made in the electronic newspaper “La Nación”,
http://legales.lanacion.cl/oficial/home.html; and
7. The Board took cognizance of and approved related party transactions,
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021.
