REF: ESSENTIAL FACT.
Madam President,
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, on
Securities Market, and in General Standard No. 30 of the Market Commission
Financial, hereinafter the “CMP”, hereby I come to inform as
Essential fact that, on April 27 of the present and with the assistance of all the
shares issued by BTG Pactual Chile S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, hereinafter
the “Administrator”, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held, hereinafter the “Meeting”, where
Its shareholders unanimously agreed as follows:
to. Approved the annual report, balance sheet, consolidated financial statements and report of the
external auditors, all for the year ended 31 December
2022;
b. They agreed that no dividends will be distributed against the year ended on
December 31, 2022;
Cc. PricewaterhouseCoopers appointed Consultants, Auditors and Limited Company
as the external auditors of the Bank for the review of the financial year ending
December 31, 2023;
d. They completely renewed the Bank’s Board of Directors, appointing as directors for the
next 3 years to Mr. Rodrigo Pérez Mackenna, Juan Guillermo Aguero
Vergara, Cristián Venegas-Puga Galleguillos, Allan Hadid and María Cecilia Cifuentes
Hurtado;
e. Agreed on the remuneration structure of the Board of Directors of the Administrator;
f Reported reporting and approval of related party transactions
held during the year ended December 31, 2022 and those
held prior to the Meeting; and

g. They designated the electronic newspaper “La Nación” to carry out the social publications that
correspond in accordance with the law bylaws of the Administrator;
