Madam President:
Duly empowered and in compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and Article
10, second paragraph, both of Law 18,045, I allow myself to inform you of the agreements
adopted at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of BTG Pactual Chile S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on April 27 of the present, hereinafter the
“Company” or the “Administrator” and the “Board”, respectively.
In this regard, it should be noted that the Board agreed as follows:
1. The report, the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement and the report were approved.
of the external auditors for the financial year ended 31 December

2. It was agreed not to distribute dividends against the profits obtained in the year
