Madam President,
According to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values, and in accordance with the provisions of numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of the Standard of
General Character No. 30 of that Commission, I hereby come to report in
Essential fact that, with this same date, BANCO BTG PACTUAL CHILE
Made a partial placement of dematerialized, current and bearer bonds in the
local market.
The specific conditions of placement were as follows: Series “H”, inscribed in the
Registry of Securities of that Commission under No. 7/2022 dated September 21, 2022,
in respect of which was placed the amount of UF 140,000 (one hundred and forty thousand Units of
Fomento), maturing on September 1, 2024, at an average rate of
placement of 5.10%.
