REF.: Communicates resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law No.
18.045 on the Stock Market, through the present, I come to report as fact
essential the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Banco BTG Pactual Chile,
held on April 28, 2022, hereinafter the “Bank” and the “Board”, respectively. Envelope
In particular, it should be noted that the Board agreed as follows:
1. – The annual report, balance sheet, consolidated financial statements and report of the
external auditors, all for the year ended 31 December 2021;
2. It was agreed not to distribute dividends charged to the year ended December 31
of 2021;
3. – The auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA was appointed
for the review of the financial year ending 31 December 2022;
4. The newspaper “Diario Financiero” or “DF” was designated to carry out social publications
that correspond in accordance with the law and the statutes;
5. The remuneration of the Bank’s directors for the year ending 31
December 2022;

6. Reported and approved related party transactions concluded during the
fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 and those held prior to the
holding of the Meeting; and
7. It was recorded that the Board provided the Board with the report of the
Audit of the Bank, as established in Chapter 1-15 of the Digest
Updated Rules of the Commission for the Financial Market.
