In accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of article 9 of D.F.L N* 251, in relation to
with Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and in circulars 662 and 991 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, duly authorized, I communicate to your Commission, with
character of Essential Fact, the following:
At the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of BNP Paribas Cardif Seguros Generales S.A. (the
“Company”) held on December 1, 2022 (the “Meeting”), it was agreed to distribute a
eventual dividend of CL$ 50,000,000,000.-, which means distributing a dividend of CL$-
1,340,338.84.- per share, to be paid out of the accumulated profits of the Company, to
from December 21, 2022, to those shareholders who are registered in the
Registration of Shareholders of the Company at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the
celebration of the Meeting.
