From our consideration:
Hereby, in compliance with Circular N* 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market
and other relevant legal provisions, I inform you on behalf of BNP Paribas Cardif Seguros of
Vida S.A, as a relevant fact, the following:
The Board of Directors of my client has summoned the Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company “BNP”
Paribas Cardif Seguros de Vida S.A”.
The background to this Board is as follows:
1. Nature of the Meeting: ANNUAL ORDINARY MEETING
2. Place: Avda. Vitacura 2670, 14th Floor, Las Condes commune, Santiago.
3. Date and Time: April 27, 2023 at 12:00 hrs.
4. The table of matters to be dealt with is as follows:
a) Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year
Ended December 31, 2022.
b) Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends.
c) Election of the members of the Board of Directors.
(d) Appointment of external auditors.
e) Determination of the Journal in which the publications will be made.
f) Know and analyze all matters related to the administration and management of the company and
adopt such agreements as may be deemed appropriate in matters falling within the competence of the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws and the Companies Law
Anonymous.
(g) Other related or supplementary agreements designed to comply with resolutions adopted by the
Meeting.
The Company’s Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022, will be published on the Company’s website.
