From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of D.F.L. N* 251 and Circular N* 662, in relation to
with General Standard No. 323 and the transitional provision of General Rule
N*481, all of the Commission for the Financial Market, duly authorized, I inform your
Commission, on behalf of BNP Paribas Cardif Seguros de Vida S.A. (the “Company”), the following:
On January 30, 2023, in the process of finalizing the closing of the corresponding financial information
to the accounting period of December 2022, and based on figures that are in the process of auditing, the
Administration has taken note of a financial debt indicator of 1.06 times the
equity.
As required in NCG N*481, we inform that the reason why the indicator of
Financial indebtedness exceeded net worth 1 time, mainly corresponds to an increase
unusual non-technical receivable liabilities, due to non-receipt of some invoices for the remuneration of
services provided by suppliers and business partners before the end of the financial year, causing the
payment that reduces that liability is made in subsequent periods.
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations, the Company will manage with suppliers and partners
commercial the prompt issuance of these documents for payment and their timely validation to resolve this
unusual increase in non-technical receivable liabilities, which is estimated to be resolved during the first
quarter of the year 2023, decreasing the financial debt indicator below 1 time the
equity.
