902 (the “Company”), I come to inform as an Essential Fact with respect to the
Society the following:
On April 3, 2023, the Company has become aware of the resignation of the
Miss Javiera García Lizama in her position as director of Blanco y Negro S.A., becoming
effective on the same date, as indicated in his letter of resignation.
