902 (the “Company”), I come to inform as an Essential Fact with respect to the
Society the following:
On March 29, 2023, the Company has learned of the resignation of Mr.
Fernando Arab Verdugo as director of Blanco y Negro S.A., becoming effective
on the same date, as indicated in his letter of resignation.
