public limited company open to the market registered in the Securities Registry under Number 902 (the “Company”),
I come to report as an essential fact regarding the Company, its business, its values of
Public offer and the offer thereof, the following:
On April 26, 2022, an Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held,
in which it was agreed to elect the director Mr. Alfredo Stóhwing as Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Company.
Leishner and, as Vice President of the same, the director Mr. Ángel Custodio Maulén Ríos.
